Philosophy

AT LA MEXICAINE

Our operation is based on a farm-to-fork concept. Our vegetables and herbs are homegrown. We believe that great and fresh ingredients are one of the keys for great taste. 

Our meats are carefully cooked for up to 9 hours to attain the perfect tenderness and texture and our techniques are based on ancient and traditional Mexican methods.
